Fisher or Easton ? Or wait, Easton doesn't run Hitec does he ?

I know this is an old post but..... I have the new hitech servos and they are crap, didn't even last 5 hours on one and 4 on the other. I know how to set my end points as my last servos on the car were Futaba 451 and 351, the only reason I got the new hitech servos were because they were low voltage I wanted high voltage. My Futaba's are still good and they are about a year old. I ended up with Savox on one of my cars and Ko Pro Po on the other and I love them both, the Savox are much cheaper and a bit noisy compared to the Ko Pro Po but the speed is the same

You dont have the newest, not even released yet, Hitec servos. Which is what this thread is about!!

If i remember right reading the RCgroups thread they will be in the 7940/50 Range for Price.

Billy told me around $180 each...pricey

I'm currently running 7955s for both steering and throttle. Does the speed of the 7940 provide much benefit on the throttle if you don't have a turret's syndrome finger?

I personally prefer a 55 or a 50 over a 40

All I can say is, if they fail and are going to give lots of problems. Hitec name will go down the drain with me.

All I know is the stats are insane~~

When I talked to Billy at AMS, he explained and you can see in the stats, no matter if your at 4 volts or 9 volts the torque remains the same and consistant The speed will vary though
