I run front springs in the rear so to make some more thread available I put the limiters under the spring mount with the rubber o-ring/bumper on top and then the shock boot. If you don't use a boot you need a lot more limiters.

Evil,

How do those tires hook up? What track surface too. I have two sets of that look just like that tread pattern. They are called Dynamite Speedtreads Konekt. The inserts were very soft styrofoam, so I just used the Team Associated stock tire inserts which seemed better. Just wondered how they hooked up for you.

After taking quite a while to dial my truck in to our worn patchy grass track I've finally got it the best it's been with only some minor tweaks left to see if I can improve it and the two biggest recent major improvements have been the 2nd hand Exotek chassis I acquired from another 4x4 and putting 4 stock AE tyres on.
I never had much luck with stock tyres on my 2wd but on our surface and using 4wd they were great. Loving my truck right now.

I've only ran a couple laps with them and they weren't amazing but the track was very very loose so I don't know. I'll just say I replaced them with trenchers and those kin of worked. I'm sure they will do good when the track is wet on racedays.
Red Clay. Dusty/Damp all in one lol
Don't ask on the inserts lol. Shrunken AKA closed cell.

They are Jconcepts goosebumps.

You are aware that this is the 4wd thread, correct?

For a 2wd look to start at around 23/72, I run 25/72 with my revtech magzilla 17.5.
