Ok, with the respect to weight. Where do i put the weight in the 4x4 for it to push. because until I can get a light push, this truck will be very hard for me.
No, no push. I am using 15k front and 5k rear. Haven't had any push issues with the truck yet. I am driving at trcr. The exotek really made no difference in steering.

Anybody want to buy a used one?

Could of told you that before you even put it on ...

Smart switching back & forth comparing ....

What is the most weight people have added? I have 2oz up front right now.
If you want more understeer, take the weight out of the front. Maybe add it back to the rear behind the motor.

3.5° hub instead of stock 3° will take some steering out and lock in the rear end.

Running stick pack? To add weight without spending the $ on exotek chassis, add a strip of lead weight on the chassis wall to the left of the lipo. Remove the foam spacer that's stuck to the outside wall of the chassis... fine tune the spacing with servo tape or something slim if you have slop. Saddle setup? Find somewhere centered on the chassis to add weight.

Play with camber in the front to see if you can take some side bite out of the tire.

One thing at a time.

I would think it was better on looser tracks. On higher bite, it is probably negligible.

ive had more time on it and i still feel it helps on a slick track. if any where i notice it the most is it hooks up better out of corners that go onto a straight if thta makes any sense.

on corners that follow one another it can get a little pushy, like in switch backs or "S" turns.

ive also noticed it makes the belt skip alot more. run it when there are no other cars on the track or out in practice and you can hear the belt skip.

My belt does not skip. man be I am a little tighter than you. My truck pushed no where. It is how ever really good at spinning out with 1/10 throttle

I might get to drive a truck in a couple weeks that has a C diff in it. I am curious if the upgrade is all everyone says it is. All tracks are different. So seeing the difference on my home track might end up being a selling point for me. Only 2 other sc10 4x4 run here. They both win and both are stock ae parts. So maybe I just suck, lol.

This only works in regards to on-power steering.

Adding weight to the back increases off-power steering and decreases on-power steering. Adding weight to the front increases on-power steering and decreases off-power steering. As someone mentioned earlier, there is a "pendulum" effect.
I like to think of it in regards to entering and exiting a turn. Typically I am off-power into a turn and on-power out of a turn. Right now I have too much off-power steering and my truck is about 2-3 oz underweight. I plan on adding the weight to the front of the truck, and will most likely go up one spring too (to keep it balanced). Those two things should help calm my truck down off throttle.

<-- This. It is when I slow for corners that it swings around. On power seems fine. When I ease of the gas and start the turn, the rear whips around. And I am not breaking in the turn. But the car does have a lot of drag. I figure if i take away off power steering, it will be easier to enter the turn. My issues are entering the turn, not exit. I also plan to play with esc roll (opposite of drag break), maybe if I can reduce some of the built in drag, i can corner better.
