And is better to use the Losi springs or the Kyosho springs? Oh wait wrong thread. B4.1 and B44 thread. Let me resurrect that question on there!

What stiffer springs are you talking about? Yellow is the stiffest up front and only red is stiffer in the rear? Or is there aftermarket springs.

half the problem with people asking the same question over and over again is how this forum is set up. yes the search button works but it brings up so many topics you have to have time to go through the pages.

just my 2 cents. ill search but if i can not find an answer ill ask.

so back to the exotek slipper...how much steering does it take away ? i ask because not all drive the same, what may under-steer for you may be to loose fore me.

So I am thinking about replacing my reedy 7.5 in my truck. I was looking at the 550 4 poles, but there seems to be a fair amount of pack puffing. The revtech and tekin 4 pole 540's seem ok, but have heat issues, So I am kinda looking at the 550 2 poles. Mainly the reedy sonics. Speed is not a priority, I don't race on a large track and I will rarely be able to open it up. The 540 reedy just lacks the bottom end out of the corners. I know that reedy is releasing a high torque rotor for the sonic 540's, but it is not out and have no idea how well it will work.

Alot of users are putting either blue front or white fronts in the rear which is stiffer then any of the rear springs........

ok, I heard mention of front springs in the rear somewhere. Do I need anything special? or are they tall enough. Might put my front blue springs to use tomorrow.

Tech question:

If I paint my truck pink and get lucky enough to qualify in the same main as Brian Kinwald, will people think less of me when I go two laps down, or crash BK while he's lapping me from the lead?

Or do I just need to practice more?

You need to add a 3mm spacer between the spring bucket and the shock eyelet. The spring is slightly too short at full droop.

Just Pm the mod with the details about the 8mm . Way better than being negative & no help for those who need to know.

My votes for punting BK while being laped for the second time..that's more impressive..and I've made the "show"..and didn't punt anyone when I was there..
