both ends popped off!!! Sir, you have skill that I can not describe. You wear tires in opposing corners of the truck and lose both ends at once. You sir mystify me. I would personally replace the end and balls. Because that does not seem normal at all. Or you could get the threaded balls and put a washer and screw on the top and lock-tite it in. But I dislike this idea because your ends might hit the washer and bind. For bashing its probably ok, but i would not race this way.

If only I could convert all of the skill with stupid problems into driving
I have replaced all the ends and balls to no avail. I remember Marcus saying he had this problem and he put captured ends on. What kind did you use Marcus?

Default Motor recomendation

I am running an associated sc10 4x4, I recently switched to saddle pack batteries for better balance and would like your recommendation on a motor, currently running an rx8 and scx4 4.5. should I go with the pro 4 4000 or 4600, or something else.

I run my Tenshock SC411 4600kv on both indoor and outdoor and it works well for both, I actually dont even regear it...Mostly because I am too lazy to do it.

I should have tapped the carbonfiber. I think I over worked the screw heads and mt forearms. Looks good though.

Default What to do now ?

The Showdown is over ...

Back to the buggy ...

Miss driving it more than I knew , not that I'm never gona run the truck again ..

The buggy competition at my track is among the best in the country , if you finish on the same lap as the leaders?
You drove really well ....

Still will be running the truck at least once a week supporting our Sc Saturday's @ Trcr ...

I'm running on a track I've never been to before and won't have much practice time. So in general will the 8mm help or hurt on this track, regardless of what it does.

Thanks! I'll mess around with it a little while I am there but I'm doing maintenance right now and just want to know what the most likely option is.

I got the optional rack on last night. I have not had a chance to drive it yet, but it "looks" better. The wheels look more parallel. I also add the yellow spring up front and the 8 mm "mod" on the rear. I had to really shorten my front and rear linkages for the rack and mod. Hopefully the track is less crazy now.

Man that track is really small. I bet you will be doing like 25 laps on it........

lol I know!
I'm aiming for 8 laps in the 5 min qualifier. 38 secs is a blistering fast lap for SCT 4x4.
