Just want to make sure it's clear for those who try to emulate you; 30 degrees or the value of 30 on the timing advance slider?

Cool

would blue aluminum shock caps be needed for the sc10 4x4 truck?

While I was cleaning up my slipper, I noticed that where the belt cover goes into the tunnel shape, the belt is actually laying right on top of that at the bottom. There's some marks of it rubbing there too. It seems to be very close or even touching all along the belt tunnel. It doesn't seem to cause trouble, but that is unneeded drag.. however, there's nothing I can do to raise the belt at the bottom, or is there?

Nope. Haven't heard of anyone breaking the stock plastic ones ever.

In dual mode the timing value on the hotwire is set to 100 which is 30 total timing. In sensored mode it is totally different. The number on the slider is the actual timing and not a percentage of 30. TOTALLY CONFUSING I KNOW! Why Tekin did that way I will never know.

Not sure if you have tried yet , just wanted to share my experience when I mounted fans as shown ...
Mine doesn't flex, I have four screws holding it to the chassis. Fans been there for a year.

Awesome if you have enough rip to jump everything you want.

Did you ever run the motor timing any higher or lower?

Nope Murfdogg dyno's them I just run them. All motor manufactures have their own zero mark. With the low wind Murfdogg motors he set's mine at -5 for short course. I have not come up short yet on any jump combo or at least what is the fastest way around the track combo.

I have run 6.5 and 5.5 both. I like the stupid power of the 5.5 but I can be just as fast with the smoother power of the 6.5. Big track big power small track smooth power works for me.

However with the setup I am currently running on an indoor small clay track it seems to working just as good if not better then my v1 diff. If I keep my center diff I may just install it and try it once again and compare it with my current setup but I can honestly say what I'm running now is working out great.......
I run at West Coast with Grouchman. I currently run the RCShox C-diff V2 coming from the V1 and pinned mod before that. I am liking the V2 alot. It really works for me. I like the tuning options of the pins (currently running 5 pins)and the ability to adjust jumping mid air. I like that powers goes where you need it. I tried out Grouchman's truck with the VST w/Garodiscs and Exotek hub and it ran great. Grab the throttle power direct to all 4 wheels. Like Grouch said it feels reminisce of running pinned. Grouchman likes the Exotek setup but I still like the C-diff V2. I think that it all comes down to your driving style and type of track but you can't go wrong with either hop up.

You either don't have enough limiters or the A arms are bent.

My CVAs are a year old, never bent one. six sets of A arms, YES.
