90% are keeping weight in the truck, Very few have 'admitted' to lightening their truck. (rather, Stated it as a goal to do so) Cameron has stated it rocked the shit one week at one track, and 'wasn't the hot ticket' elsewhere.

Please use the search for the "where" to put weight, but to answer the question, the silly Exotek and Lead are still a very big part of the truck, from what's still being done.

So coyote since your going to be keeping your sc10 4x4, what are the chances of you selling the modded diff's again?

So just got a Losi SCTE and absolutely love it.

My question is whats the difference in driving between the SCTE and FT Kit?

Ive become interested in them, though from what the other racers tell me its heck to work on.

Is the optional 8mm on the rear hubs a track specific upgrade or a general one?

Also, I've used the original Garodisks from Marcus which worked quite well... how much better would the Truck feel with his CD V2?

Thanks for any feedback... just trying to catch-up after missing around 3 months of racing. Thanks!

I have both..and the Losi is way more locked in, has way more rear traction and you don't have to do "strange" things to your camber links....but the SC10 is more nimble, has better steering, one of the bads is the SC10 doesn't seem to have as much control in the air as the Losi..don't forget about the warping A arms the SC10 has..the Losi isn't without it's problems..can you say bent chassis....the stock suspension balls wear out in about 2 maybe 3 races, the stock shock towers bend also..plus the diff pins wear really quick..I can honestly say I hate my SC10..can't say the same about the Losi..

Great and thanks for info. I bought the SCTE used, and it had alot of upgrades on it. It just plain flys around the track and is not only super nimble, but super steady.

Ive seen guys with the SC10 4x4 and they do well to, turn better on the corners. But Im just not sure I want to go through all the little problems.

In fact I actually own 2 SC10's one is the FT one and I'm still building it....the other is a "regular" SC10 with all the FT hop ups on it..no doubt the SC10 can be fast..but for most the SCTE is honestly a better choice, seriously how many screws do you need to take off on the SC10 just to get the diffs out, I counted 67 but I could be off by a few..

67? You are doing something seriously wrong. It's 14-16 for the rear diff.

Black/White/orange truck.
What spring/oil/pistons are you running? looks like the rear needs to be softened up a bit.
