If you go with the B2 pick up an Associated 2035 pipe set. They are low cost and will are a good compromise for price/performance with our engines. You should be able to pick up one of those for around $35.
If you stay in the hobby you are going to need to get a starter box anyways so I would not advise you to go the route of the pull start engine. Also to be frank I think that they are a pain in the behind to start and you are only going to get pissed off trying to learn to tune having to yank on that cord all the time to try and start it. Get a good quality low cost engine like our B2 or the Fusion X3, a starter box and take your time and learn how to tune.
