This particular pipe is made by a company called Hipex and is available under different brand names: Picco, Sonic, Reds, Hipex and soon VOX.

The EFRA number is the same so the pipes must be the same. You can only change the connection ring (for example Picco has a different gasket so it needs a different shape on the ring) and some few things but always staying in the homologation tollerancies.

Hello modhobby....
Yes I will do the pics this coming weekend ... I tried to do pics with my cellphone ...but the quality is not so good. This weekend my wife will turn back from holiday and she´s got the good cam with......
But I can say that the engine is amazing. I run today with a 48/45 16/20 gears and on this track no one use less than 49 because of very small corners and the shot out of the corner was incredible WITH NEW TYRES ( 76 / 69 )....topspeed as well and the engine is almost easy to tune. Not comparable with the original REDS.
the works are done on the crankcase, crankshaft and sleeve and the works are done very careful.
Be pacient for the pics...hope I can do it on sunday.

how much fuel have you guys put through the motors before they lost even cold pinch ? ive run about 2lts through mine, and its lost all pinch. is this normal ? no marks or anything on the piston, or head button. its clean as inside.

Have found the opposite, took forever to break in and is still very tight even after around 10L..... Makes me wonder about how consistent the piston to sleeve tolerance is from engine to engine??

this is why im thinking i have a problem with this engine. its supposed to be for Nats, and i really cant put faith in it now, knowing it took no time at all to run in.
when i say that, my M3T i have run in using same fuel same amount of fuel, and completely different engine as far as pinch is concerned. the M3T needs more run in.

i know of 2 other engines that took some fuel to run in properly.

We break ours in with 4-5 tanks of fuel and we love it.
Don't worry about your engine, all is good
