Anyone have experienced Zeppin's 2,1mm chassis with battery clamp type holder?
I just bought one and would like to have a feedback or a comparison to the original chassis.
Thanks

It seems like most people including the pros are using everything but the redline motors, like reedy, lrp, trinity.

I want to know what you guys have experienced as the pros/cons of the redline motor...

I'have used a tekin's RSpro 10.5t combo for a year and noticed the feel isn't what it could be described as smooth. Not so smooth as many other ESC's around, another downside is the need to carry a laptop to set it up. Besides these two points, i've had some problems running GM Racing star and expecially Delta motors,LRP Octawind motors wich i prefer better than the Redlines, cannot be used easily as in other ESC's ,but this is a personal preference.

Does the TC6.1 have these bearings in the kit:
"The RSD DCJ's work with both the TC6 and the TC6.1 so long as you are using a 5x10x3 bearing in the TC6 and a 5x10x4 bearing in the TC6.1. Slight modification to the caster blocks is needed."

Can someone please provide me with partnumbers for the Hex Hub adapter that is recommended by Reflex Racing:
"You must also use a Hex Hub adapter with a larger axle hub opening like the ones for the HB TCX, Yokomo BD-5 or 3Racing Sakura line of vehicles."

The TC6.1 should not need any additional bearings. The stock ones are the correct size. It's only if you are using TC6 steering knuckles would you have to change out to the 5x10x3 bearings.

For the hex adapter this *should* work: http://www.tqrcracing.com/shop/produ...daptor&pg_no=1

Does anyone from Team-Associated can tell me why some of the parts of the TC6.1 are still in backorder at almost every shop. I mean, the problems were the same for me when the TC6 came out. Now it's just the same story.

Especially ASC31341 (Spool outdrives)

I am from Europe, but even AMain (normally I order from EU based shops) doesn't have them. I broke the spool outdrives in a crash a while ago, switched back to the spool from the TC6, but actually I want to go back to the TC6.1 version.

So, anyone ?

edit: I've sent you a PM Cristian.

Do you get 4 for this price? Or just the one?

How confident is your "should". Last time I took a part number recommendation off the forum it was wrong. Thanks.

Neither crush tube will work. You must either use locknuts and not over-tighten them or you must find some aluminum tubes that are M5x4mm. McMaster Carr had some in stock last time I checked.
