If your not running the chassis brace. It's b/c of the chassis flex.

Have you guys seen the new update kit? I'm wondering what's different about the rear shock tower? Does anyone know?

They reinforced the area where the underbody body post bolted to the tower. This is where the new chassis brace is going. If they left it as is, it would have just broke the little tab off.

Jeff, check all of the fasteners that hold the three pieces of the chassis together. Also, check the ends of your brace to see if it is broken. Hope that helps...

I had this issue on my truck and I think the new owner of it said it had something to do with the motor plate not being straight as he recently fixed the issue.

Check to make sure your motor plate is in the groove. That was my issue when I had that problem

Just the center of the tower is different where the brace mounts.

Make sure your inner center belt tunnel screws arent too tight. if they are, it will not "telescope" under hard impacts, causing it to bend outwards. Ive done it before, and even with the chassis brace, the truck still has enough flex for this to happen.

Typically i bottom my screws out, then unthread them one complete turn.

Hope that helps
