I would look at Pro-match batteries. I just got 3 60c 6000mah for 65 each.

+1 My ProTek batteries didn't last a full year. So far so good with Pro-Match. Plus they were cheap like Rawwolf said!

Sheesh, down tiger!! Your question obviously wasnt clear enough than, for you to seemingly get so preturbed is beyond me.. That vehicle was not bad for its day, were taliking 2o+ yrs ago..Just offering up a fact that this type of scale looking soda/mickey thompson type trucks were brought into the rc world long ago..Those trucks were the short course trucks of that day, the offroad truck series's names changed through out the years, as so the trucks developed and got bigger, better and faster (just like there lil rc bretheren), than the tracks changed to accomodate the trucks..Tamiya was the first to introduce that scale off road type truck to the rc industry..

Not an attack, just an observation. And FWIW I don't think the problem is the body, although there might be some gains to be had there also.
I also get disappointed when people hack up their bodies and cut the rear fenders off. Makes the trucks look dumb and chopped up. Its bad enough companies are starting to make chop top bodies.

If you want to run in a class that says its a truck but looks nothing like it go run a truggy. Or just run ebuggy and be done with truck bodies all together.

I myself like the looks of trucks battling on the track. I may not be as accomplished as some of you experts in here, but the realistic racing is half the fun for me.

nope. I contacted them about that awhile ago but they only do direct purchases.

They also won't be stocking the cheaper saddle pack option from what I was told as they have a new more powerful saddle pack that is supposed to be listed soon.

was hoping to pickup some of those cheapos but found some Hyperion 6000s instead. Hopefully the work out, paid about $30ish for 2 new sets so it was worth the risk.
