Thanks for the helpful answers on the Bomb1s guys...Tower acted like it didn't exist and Horizon were showing out of stock with no date and it freaked ThunderbirdJunkie out.

So your aaying you put the c clip on the axle between the beerings? I'm doing the front and the c clip wouldn't fit between the bearings? Im pretty sure the c clip go on the end of the axle

The "c" clip MUST go between the bearings, or the wheels will bind up as soon as you tighten the wheel nut.

They are the best open cell foams I have ever tried. Always consistant package to package and last a really long time. Amain has them listed to be back in stock on the 22
I also learned when running the plastic hexes on the RB5 If you tighten the front wheels down to hard it would bind. Same problem with the plastic B4.1 hexes/ Fixed that when I switched to aluminum clamp hexes.

First bearing onto the axle,
C clip in the groove nearest the threads
Align the C into the carrier and push into the carrier
Finally put the outside bearing into the carrier.

Yanno i have been die hard AE since i first started racing back in 92. But the more i look at Losi's offering with the 22 and 22t... the more i get excited about racing in the dirt again.
There is so much to like there. Your choice of mid motor or rear... the machined chassis to bring weight back, but low in the design, that we have lost with the traditional 6/7 cell designs. Beefier parts. Im not carzy about the shorty pack ideas... but in a chassis designed to take advantage of it, that opinion could change.
Im not flaming AE or boosting Losi here in any way, just pointing out that Losi stepped up to advance a somewhat dying class of cars (some of my favorites chassis too)... and i hope AE has a plan after feeding us this reheated conglomerate of updates in a box called the Worlds Car. It would be a shame to see them let two chassis slip that gave them a good mount of those Championships they so happily promote.
I still have an original B4, and the B4WC isnt enough for me to buy a new car... still waiting.
