what is the Traxxas part # for their spring collars for use with Losi BB springs? The RPM ones are BO'd @ Amain.

I am going to run Losi springs and no GHEA pistons so what would be a good shock set up? I am running on a Med-high bite wet-moist indoor clay track where soft compound slicks are the tire of choice. Any shock gurus have a good set-up for this?
I just looked that setup and you do realize it's for a super high bite / slicks track right? Just checking because I would never ever have a track to run that on around here

Just buy the b44 plastic hubs, which are 0 degree, and they have the larger outer bearing. They make b4 plastic hubs too, but they use the smaller bearings for both sides. Changing the inboard toe block to 2.5, while using the stock .5 aluminum hubs will give you 3 degrees of total toe as well, but personally i like the feel of 0 degree hubs and the 3 degree toe block.

Yes, it very high bite and everyone runs slicks and traction compound, lots of wheelies down the straight.

Bob,
add or not. the lower cups will not fit over the shaft eyelets from the Traxxas part number. I wanted to test fit them. I am taking off the BB springs from my b4.1 and going to try to fit them on the B44.1

also A Pro local is running Red front springs and Gray rear springs on his b4.1
They said you need to cut down the eyelets .060" and it's best to use 2 limiters to keep stock travel. the springs are a little bigger I guess.

I am getting ready to order 3 sets of each spring in every color in the next few days..

I will only be using the Traxxas upper collars under the stock ae's......TLR lower cups w/TLR springs.....that sounds right....yeah??

all this confusion with all these diff manuf. parts on the car somewhat irks me already...LOL! cmon' ae....deliver the goods with a dialed set of BB's
