SC10 4x4 Thread
I have learned
though many , many moons of racing r/c cars ........
The AE "Team"
Knows best how to make your ride HI-PO ..
So if your going to spend $$$ , look first at what they are doing with their rides.
Then consider your next investment in your quest for superior performance for your Rc10Sc4x4 ....

Thanks to u guys my truck is effin dialed!! On a sad note, people are already copying ball diff setup
I saw that last night, "In combination with the Top Deck, I was running our saddle pack conversion and our own version of a center ball diff for the truck."
No word on overall weight? Where you guys at?
I know it would be more fun to go on about the exotek chassis....

The only REAL bummer is they are doing a track change this week and then are closed for the holiday so it will be almost two weeks before I get to run again.

Care to elaborate on what I said that is wrong.
That's a possibility, but it is a brand new motor. I have less than 10 packs on it. I took the pinion off and the shaft turns smooth with no wobble.
I finished the rebuild last night. I noticed that the rear gear box wasn't a smooth as the front even though literally ever part is new. I built it exactly how the exploded view showed. Ive only driven it down the hall a few times but the high pitch noise is still there.

I read your post last night , if your stripping spur gears maybe you need to check the screws on the transmission & motor , if loose you can strip..
Time to come up here to TRCR , the layout is so cool ...
scuffed Bar Codes & Faygo* is the ticket ...
*Faygo = 50% Paragon 50% WD-40
you guy's don't know about Faygo yet , but you will be using real soon ....
O yeah , you heard from me first ...

*Reedy 5200 SC LiPo
* B-44 LiPo tray & straps
*2 sets of B44 battery posts , 4 each
* 8 screws & 4 blue motor washers
If you don't have , you are at a disadvantage ...
