Free shipping over 100$? I just posted that...

Okay. Tore the SC10 4x4 down for the first time. Got it all back together, except one thing. The inside cover on the clicker, right next to the front gearbox and belt cover, doesn't have enough clearance. I've searched, but it seems that everything is built correctly, and the parts are new. Kind of lost on this, usually doesn't happen much.

I looked at my manual and my truck, and I can't see what would be an obvious mis-install... eh... Goodluck?

The Diff shim thing we have (been repeating for the 9th time)
- did not keep my oil in my Diff.
- did not solve the clicking noise that was possibly rounded sungears.
- it 'did' stiffen it up to make me feel better about the wobble though?

I'm thinking of buying exotech chassis but wondering if it's roar approve? Does it matter? Do any of the pros run that chassis?

Thanks

Well, it was together correctly. I had a screw tightened just a bit too tightly, causing the tip to rub on the little plate.

It's all back together now, and looking great! Lots of innovation in the kit that I just learned of, such as the different positions to tighten the belt.

I would say so, even more then racers, just to keep the tunnel in tack. Yes we race but you maybe sending it off hugh jumps that will take its toll on the belt and tunnel.

Nope, the front of the brace just screws into the under body mount and the rear you have to drill a hole for. Then use a nut to hold the screw in.

What's a good way to get rid of the clicker noise from hard breaking? I know its the clicker and I've tightened the spring all the way down but it still clicks from hard breaking.

Thanks, D
