Does anyone know if the kit rear sway bar is 2.3mm or 2.5mm?
I just ordered a 2.5 to try and get some more steering but I'm not sure if that is what I have already. The manual says it comes with a 2.3 but serpent manuals are always behind the times.
Thanks

did I see someone post about missing nuts? I am.missing like 20 of them, and a bunch of countersunk washers, and when I was putting my diff.together one of the cross pins had the notch way off to the side, can't believe this for a 550$ kit

You can measure it with Calipers. It should be exact. If u don't have one, harbor freight for around $20.

The plastic nuts and counter sinks are in a seperate bag. Not sure if you are missing that bag.

The kit rear bar is a 2.5

Awesome! I'll change my order then and get the bladders instead of the sway bar.
Just threw the 2.0mm sc10 4x4 rear sway bar on the front and its a direct replacment! No fitment issues whatsoever and no binding. This should help my steering quite a bit along with the shocks in 1 hole on the front shock tower.
I did some trimming to my body at the track and I observed temperature drops of nearly 40* on my motor. Here is how I trimmed it.

I'm building mine at the mo, the width of the shaft is 7.99mm. So a small clearance to fit an 8mm ID bearing. I measured the bearing as well at 7.99mm but this was only with a verneir calliper which you cannot considered to be accurate enough for this type of measurement. The bearing ID must be slightly bigger as it fits nicely over the pinion.

ran mine for the first time tonite. Awesome buggy that worked very well with the box setup. Didnt change a thing on a slightly damp track with AKA Ibeams. I was immediately in the top three in the 1/8 nitro class. Not enuf 1/8e buggies so we all race together. I even won the first heat and against some very good drivers. Very confidence inspring buggy. I am happy, very happy.
