Looks like it will go way out which is a good thing considering the internal ratio.

Did you place any foam above the bladder? I think I've some some AE shocks built that way but...

Ditto the soft walls. How about a modular track system with specialized pieces to form radiused bends instead of straight pipes ending at corner dots. Something like a flexible click track from CRC.
