The Fastest Factory Losi driver at my track runs 3-5-7. No joke! I tried it in my eight and it seemed to push. He definitely has no problems running it though.

Jonro, Have you ever taken this motor apart? What your describing with the needles settings sounds like the piston is in backwards. And yes people the V-spec will run with the piston in backwards...

Thats odd. Maybe your bearings arnt seated in the bell cranks all the way, mine has a hair of room between the top plate and bearing at the top. Moves free when completely screwed down.
