m11 melted case ?

Default m11 melted case ?

on a m11 the batts were over charged and kinda melted the case a little still works just kinda cosmetic flaw now. any one have this happen and sent it in to get fixed if so how much. i have emailed global hobby but have not heard anything back.

i have never heard of this happening.. did it just melt the battery cover? if so i would think that you could order one

boy that radio is DIR-TEE!!! overcharge batt, good thing it wasnt a lipo. then again, u rarely have to charge those hehe

its only the batt cover that got messed up.

its fixed i got a battery cover from rc boys radio is all good

Good! Just in case anybody else does this, the number to Global Services is
TEL 714-963-0329 They have all the parts for the M11. The Two lower case half's and the battery tray and cover will cost around 9 dollars. I've melted mine down twice. I no longer use a wall charger. Here is the website. Not sure why M11's isn't currently listed in the parts support section, but I know for sure they have every part including circuit boards and buttons, screens and anything else.

cool thanks i got the tray for like 3.50 that was all shr needed it looked worse in the pic that cover now is a mx3 hacked up cover but i got that radio for a hell of a deal
