This goes back to the many questions asked about the slipper assembly. Apparently they exist in other parts of the world but not in the US. You need it to run a small enough spur gear for 13.5.

I ran a 5.5 with a little boost. I saw a lot of 5.5's and 5.0's. I was really surprised at how much motor you could throw at the car on Astro. In all honesty, it felt like I was running a 13.5.
