Planning to race in GT1 with a TRF419, what motor and ESC setup should I use? I currently have a Trinity kill shot 17.5 and a speed passion esc. For parts inventory, what is a must for keeping at the track as far as spares go?

FYI, for those of you going to TCS at Norcal. The spec tire has been changed. From Team Powers 34R to Team Powers 36R. Due to the expected hot weather Eric made the call to switch to the 36R.

Fred's announcement says that sign-ups are supposed to open today. Any updates?

Big thanks to Eric Vasutin for putting on an excellent TCS regional at Nor-Cal over the weekend. Their parking lot track is one of the best. For the benefit of those who have never visited this track, I've attached a photo. The metal curbs are really nice:

2nding Mark. That was a great event and look forward to it next year. Is there any contact info for the fabricator of those curbs?

They are made by Nor-Cal and they do make them for sale to others, so contact Eric if interested.

Same question. Rules are very specific in not mentioning FWD as an optional class, and registration doesn't allow for registering for FWD, yet it is on the practice schedule in the documents attached to the registration page. Hmm...........

The Saturday practice has all the classes grouped together. Can this be changed to have 2 waves of different classes? This is much more beneficial if you are running two classes.

Grab one on 1st day of the event or as soon as you can get there then lock it down with your name on masking tape and a marker and it's yours for the weekend.
Many will already be locked in (locals that help set up etc.) but there's usually good stuff left
