It appears that it is. Notice the washer on the engine screw overlaps the ears on the Mount a bit, looks like it has been shaved a bit. I would've rather see the motor moved 2mm then grind the ears...

I'm going to have to agree with Socket on that one.. I race the JBRL, and have been to Rev and other tracks more then a few times.. Pros are still racing there and doing well with the same buggies...
