As above to bind except the bind plug needs to be in CH 3 not CH 4 for the Flysky GR3E. The Redcat R3E is the same as the Flysky GR3F which uses CH 4 for the bind plug.

Yes it will if you have the 390 brushed A969. Good choice with 2440 or 2445 motors since the stock and metal 17t 2.3mm bore pinions will fit these motors.
