Thank you to everyone who responded! I ordered three spur gears, 92, 94, and 96 tooth, and a range of pinions from 40-46t to try and stay around a 4.0 FDR.

Buy a shock rebuild kit and tear them down, replace the O-rings and pour in fresh shock oil. Same with diffs - either new gear diff fluid and seals, or balls and grease for ball diffs.
