Yes a heavier flywheel and the light springs help to keep the wheel spin down. Rev probably has the least amount of traction of the tracks in So Cal

I run at rev once in a while. With the grip levels there I run 2 composit shoes with black springs and 2 aluminum with green springs, that is also with a steel flywheel.

I did not know there was a problem with clutch shoe life. I have had great success with losi clutches over the past couple of years.

Frank- there is a 3mm aluminum washer that comes with the kit that goes below the turnbuckles on the spindle arm to adjust bump steer.

Track is just south of dos Lagos on temescal canyon. I was able to stop by and take a look from outside the gates. Looks like a lot of work still to be done, but looking good. 1/5 scale track is done.
