Use a drill bit the same size as the hole and drill through both the hex and the axle. As the hex is aluminium (and therefor softer) it will give instead of the axle which is harder steel.

On what buggy is the body to be fitted on? I guess you have to make some custom body mounts on your car, but you might get lucky and find some universal mounts that are adjustable in every direction.

I reckon myself as a steady and good "googler", but i cant find much about tires exept from a few stores. There's gotta be more than what i have found by now. Can't find any good bike-forums either.

It is really only the wheels that has something to do with bikes in this thread, i have plans to build an Bugatti 35b car (see pic under) and i saw some wheels from GRP that has the closest dimension...

Thanks a lot! There was no other way than using a scalpel to cut out for the reflectors in the headlights, so i was pretty shakey before doing it. But with small gentle cuts it went as planned :)
