There are many different ways that people do it. From what I've seen of people posting good times, they use 84/22 on the Losi which is a 9.27 FDR. That ratio pushes cogging if your battery is not up...

If you're going that low turn you can use an 1/8 esc like the MMX6s/8s or RX8. If you can get one then the R1. There's a modified version of the MMX6s from Ghost RC. Adds more timing.

Digital-3 I think. No such thing as a stupid question. There's a modified version the the MMX that's being sold now which is supposed to add more timing options from Ghost-RC called "Ace".
