Yes, the 0 offset wheels will work, but if you want the correct width, you will need #355255 +5 mm axle....which is quite sad, cos' no one are using 1/2 inch offset anymore..

For the cap o-ring, all you have to do is to trim the cap a little, then your problem will go away. Just trim it at a 45 degrees angle, and trim it carefully.

This is a DEX-410 running on an indoor track, which are quite loose (you can see the different color surface, with the darker color being very sandy type of soil), but it will give you a good picture...
