Having a 3.5T motor in most cars will leave you having to replace the gears, diffs etc. quite often, even if they are aluminium, i suppose if you take it easy, depending on what battery you're using...

Another one of my pinions, 3rd one in about 2 weeks has come off, i'm tightening the grub screw as much as possible but just keep coming off.

I'd have to say that i prefered the 8T so im half glad to hear that, my LHS do a great deal on 8T's, race rollers, kits and RTR's along with tons of spares so...
