So I have a T-300 brand new out of the package on throttle/brake duty in my D817T. The servo is not acting proper. It will just randomly stop moving, but bumping it with my hand brings it back to life. From neutral, it will never go to brake, I have to give it throttle, then go to brake from there. Swapped the throttle and steering servos around, problem followed the tekin servo. My radio is a Sanwa M12rs with RX-482 receiver. Is there some magical hoopla that I may have to change in my radio? Or how bout if finding someone with a hotwire, is there anything that lil thing can do for me?
Mickey B, do you still live in Corpus? If so, you race at Bill Witt? |

Do you have your radio response mode set to SSR,SHR,or normal? |

What Tekin servo for the Tekno ET410? I am thinking 190, and it needs 200 oz inches of torque according to Tekno? The steering on the ET410 is stupid fast. A fellow racer absolutely loves this servo!

Be sure to perform a re bind procedure after switching response modes or it actually doesn’t change modes. If you have done this I would most likely contact Tekin for customer service |
and?

I have to hammer 🔨 the horn on and then they are impossible to take off. When I tried, I end up scratching the case really bad. Its so bad I don’t want to run them, which really sucks cause I like these servos. |
What brand of horns have this issue? I've used the Tekin ones of course, as well as tested fitment of the AE, TLR, and others without issue. Granted some are snug, but you'd want that to be the case compared to loose.

yea, it was hard to get the alu horn that comes with the servo on and off. But I don't mind the tight fit.
