Wow, that was it! As soon as I enabled the local network it worked. I never knew that setting existed. It must have been reset when I updated to IOS 14. Thanks for the help!

Keep trying to set this pos up and this is all i get when i try and set the name and password wtf am i doing wrong lol

make sure the wifi on your phone is connected to the wifi of the HW OTA programmer. It should have HW in the name, and be very short, if I remember correctly. It's been a few years since I had to do it from scratch lol. (yes I use it often to this day)
