I use some negative expo for my onroad car. I think about -15%. This makes the steering more precise around the center but allows you to get full lock.

When setup up my futaba servos for sr mode what is the difference between sr mode type 1 and 2 and sr mode type 3?

Looks like some pre-programmed settings.

its a different set of frequency, & PID sensor, communication transmitter uses to communicate with the servo. It doesn’t make your servo better, if it cannot use those SR frequencies, but it will likely damage your servo over time if the incorrect frequency is used, especially to a servo, that does not have this function.

I use the futaba Bls571sv servos in my touring car and the futaba cb700 servos in my off road cars. They are all sr mode compatible. What sr mode would I use. I been using sr mode type 1 for my Bls571sv and sr mode type 3 for the cb700. Seems to work fine.

I need to tone down the steering on my GLA and as above had initially used DR.

Looking into it I didn’t know if it’s best to turn down Exp/VTR by 15% I was going to try VTR first as it can be linear or to just reduce servo speed?

Any thoughts on steering curve Vs servo speed?

Was potentially looking to switch to the new 7pxr from a KO EX1 ver 2. Has anyone else made the jump? Am I making a mistake? I know the receiver size is a bit larger but beyond that I was hoping for some general feedback

is it lighter? I couldn't find a comfortable driving position with it. With all that weight up top it always pulled my hand down and forward

I remember on the old Futaba 1024 PCM transmitter , there was a start button above your left thumb. For carpet racing ,you could hold that button , pull the trigger all the way , and upon button release , the trigger would already be at full throttle. For use only at the initial start of a race. We called it a 'start' button .

There is the pocket/start button there on my new 7PXR , but can it be assigned/programmed for that function?

Default Custom image display setting - how to?

Hi there, I was unable to find this (did look/search).

Can anyone explain how you can upload and assign/sert-up the 7px with a custom image/background?
Can you differ per model, what are the image requirements/restrictions...but ultimately howwwwww, please?

Any additional information. tips, trick and hacks on this topic is much appreciated,

5:56 mark in this vid shows what I mean.

-off topic- the body in the vid is amazing - I wouldn't be able to...just wow
