I find it interesting that no one has pointed out the fact it has the N symbol on the top of the battery hold! That is the NFC symbol for those who don't know. No more fiddling with getting your apps to hook up. So long as NFC is on in your phone settings, you should be able to just touch the devices together and get linked without doing anything else.
(EDIT)
So I did find info confirming the NFC!

This is the best write up and pic thread I have seen on it thus far to those who want to see some more

Delivers? My 279.00 4PV does more than I will ever use. I just don't understand the need for any 500+ radio. Yes I know you can get discounts. You can get the 4PV down to $260.00. I am just wondering what you use that is so special about these radios?

Ill say this, some of the Top Racers run the rediculously priced Sanwa Exzes ZZ and the KO Esprit...so for them the higher performance warrants the price tag. Sure this radio is overkill, my 3PJ is still doing great with a Radiopost 2.4 conversion.

Maybe read this thread and you will see why people buy the top one, it's not features:

I've run some of them and you really can feel the speed difference.
