Has anyone experimented with any aftermarket drop downs yet?

The MT44 will not except a drop down. It's built into the radio. Maybe you thinking of the Mt4/s

Pass you soon...

So I run a tekin esc and protek 170sbl servos on my 1/8 scale and currently have an mt-4 that is 3 years old. I am wondering if i get the mt-44 if I can use the SHR mode to get the 2.6 latency time? Otherwise I am not sure I am gonna notice a difference as the "normal" modes are very close to each other in time?

Everyone who held my 44 at Motorama were shocked how light it is. Yeah agreed the M12 is way heavy compared to this..

Default update issue

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a problem with the latest firmware update (version 1.01.11 from the Sanwa site). I just got the radio and it comes with version 1.01.03) and have followed the instructions:

1. Download zip file
2. Unzip file
3. Make folder on SD card "MT-44"
4. Make sub folder "update" (within "MT-44" folder)
5. copy and paste the unzipped file (MT-44.prg - 358kb file size) into the "update" folder.
6. Put SD card into radio
7. Turn on and go to Firmware/Firmware update

I have done all this and I see an arrow, then it disappears. Firmware remains the same (1.01.03)

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

For me it worked. Just followed instructions an that was it. Now it shows v 1.01.11. Does the display show the symbol for inserted SD card on top row? Card not upside down?

Card shows at top of screen.

For those that successfully updated, were your folders on the sd card exactly like what I wrote?

MT-44
update

File name of MT-44.prg (358kb in size)
