Default Charging a 3s Controller battery. Help

I just bought an Airtronics M11. Came with a 3s, 2500 Mah Lipo. I cant charge it as every time I try the charger says I have a broken connection. I can only plug in the lead to the balance board. Doesn't seen to be a way to get power into the battery.

I was told to plug in the thicker lead to the balance board to charge. Didn't work. How can I charge this battery? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!!

Battery is Turnigy 3s Lipo, 2500mah 5c.

Take out the battery, there should be a balance connector and a power connector.

Like stated above, remove battery from radio and then the power connector goes to the charger and balance board to small balance connector. Charge at 1C. (2.5 amps)
