The 24KO features a bigger blank with more material in the stator. This makes it harder to heat soak the stator, and able to handle more timing and higher gearing. I like the 10.5t it has a lot of punch. Let 2 people drive it at our big race today and they thought it was a 7.5t 8.5t

is the 13.5t 24k roar legal or not? on the ROAR approved list it says 24k-o ... does that mean both 24k and 24ko is legal?

So I have sent another message to the director himself, waiting for a reply. Because the certified motors are not on the list either :( I don't want to buy a motor and it not be approved. |
i wouldn't think the certified motors would need approval. there is nothing different about them from an off the shelf D4. they have the same components, the certified version just uses parts (stator/rotor) that meet a higher standard as tested.

Also just received word that the 13.5 24k was submitted on the 15th and is awaiting approval. |
