I like the HV BEC since the old Xerun 150A was lacking in that area. I wonder if it is any smaller than the Xerun.

*The full-sensored running mode can only be realized when pairing this ESC with the 1/8th scale new sensored brushless motor HOBBYWING is going to release.

Interesting ....

This one looks more promising than that last one that was advertised. That must have been the basher ESC.

That Esc in pic at least is hugh ! Wonder how hard it would be to fit on a tray ?

Wonder how much this one will be though could use it on a E-Truggy which draws more amps.

curious if the switch can easily be replaced or is it integrated into the circuit board like the Viper VTX8s were.

That fan is probably 30mm so it doesn't look any bigger than an sct pro.

Yes, the MAX8 is part of the EZ-Run line of speed controls. So its aimed to be more cost efficient and less all out racing specs.

Looks really good, if it's anything like there next gen 1/10 scale i.e. The v3.1 and the v10 motors, HW will take over the 1/8th scale market!!!! There current 1/8th scale stuff is rock solid, just outdated. Looks like they taking care of the old issues, like new solder tabs, ease of replacing the fan, new switch, and a good BEC.

Looks nice, curious what this "coasting" function is that is talked about on that info page. Switch is like the one on the newer Team Orion R8.1 which I like (but it is a rather big switch) Looking forward to some more info on these
