If the receiver wire is needing more length, add an extension wire. I always thought that getting the most speed out of a car is more important than how the car under the body looks! Can't see that while under speed! jmo
usually what i do for the servo wires etc is wrap it around a small screwdriver and coil them. the wires i have been inquiring about are just the ones to the battery and motor

I agree with the others. That warning appears to just be a legal cover in case you burn something up while soldering. Many if not most shorten their motor and battery wires. Just be sure to leave enough slack for chassis flex, motor gearing adjustments, battery types & adjustments, and I like to leave enough for easy maintenance where it might be an issue.

Servo leads, also OK. Not uncommon to shorten servo leads, especially the OCD crowd. Like mentioned one risk is they may not fit some future use, but can always add a servo extension. Or if you're good go in and resolder a new lead on.

OCD haha that's the reason I cut them apart nothing was wrong with them other than being skinned a lil bit (maybe 1/16) but the black tape was drivin me crazy lol some of my buddy's give me hell over some of the stuff I redo just because I didn't like the way it looked

Ah relax, if you still have black-red-white servo wiring your condition is not yet terminal. Gotta have all black wiring or something similar for it to be a serious concern. The terminal cases have the labeling on the wires lined up.
