It looks like that same button is on the 4PX as well and would just the same way.

Looks like a FlySky Radio from the straight-on shot. Amazing, I miss the ergonomics of the FlySky radio. |
controller looks great.

Any idea yet what receiver this comes with ?
|
Hmmm...Looks like I will be upgrading my 4PL to the 4PX. I will be pre-ordering soon.

Does this have the lap timer? Also if not how does the lap timer work on other models?

Sign me up for one!!!! Hope it's easier to understand than the 4PK. That sucker gave me nightmares learning how to use it

Thanks for the help. I decided to go with the sanwa 4s. Latency times are much better than the futaba
|
i know this radio is compatible with both FASST and FHSS but i wonder why this radio is listed under FHSS transmitters on Futaba web site (which is advertised as your entery level technology since many years).
And the explanation "%30 faster than 4PKS-R" can anyone please explain me, if it's faster wtih FHSS or FASST ? is FHSS going to be Futaba's defaulut high end system from now on ? |

From the japanese website, there would be 4 combination packages, and Futaba provides either R304SB (T-FHSS) or R304SB-E (T-FHSS). prices range from 68,000 to 74,000 yen

Hopefully the telemetry will have brushless telemetry that does not involve magnets mounted on a rotating part.

I wonder how easy the screen will be able to see in the sun? I know the LCD on the RadioPost could be difficult to see in direct sunlight.
BTW, HK has C2 surface receivers. With the 4PX supporting the cheaper FHSS receivers, not sure if the HK receivers are worth it or not. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s..._Receiver.html |

Nobody on here will be able to tell one bit of difference between any of them. The IMPORTANT issues is durability, range, quality, ease of use, and feel. Everyone has a different idea of the perfect "feel" and ergonomics, so choose that way....not on near imaginary speed differences. The latency on all the high end systems is beyond perception to mere mortals. |
I agree also your servo is another factor. I go for comfort, reliability, looks and service. This is one sexy radio for sure plus its a Futaba.

I'm extremely on the fence about upgrading my 4pksr to this. I'd lose all my receivers but one though :( Hmm...
