Upgrade to the latest and see if that fixes the problem. One of the releases fixed the glitching problem, but unfortunately, I can't find the release notes on what version it was.

Has anyone seen an issue with the brightness adjustment like I am having in the linked video below? I picked this up used from a friend and it had v1.3 firmware so I updated to 1.4. I did not test this before the firmware upgrade.

As you can see changing the brightness doesn't seem to do anything but as I go down and up the entire screen's contrast changes up and down. May not be an issue and I am just wondering if others have seen it.

Is there any place i can get a larger diameter wheel for this tx? I went to the 4px r from spektrum and the futaba wheel feels to small in my hand

What I had done was install a Dirt racing foam . It's O.D. is a lot larger than Futaba's original . They are made by J Concepts either gray or yellow. I have the gray.

On another note, I had the opportunity to handle and fondle a 7PX. Man is it sweet! Just may have to get one. Maybe!

picking through this thread, i haven't seen it but then again this is a long thread!

i have noticed that the internal antenna receivers' specs say 230'/70m receiving range...but they don't have a range for the versions with an antenna.

i have emailed futaba but maybe someone else has already considered that the antenna version may or may not offer longer range (obviously, less interference).

Somewhere on youtube there was a test (4PLS) and signal loss was about few hundreds meters away from transmitter.

i also have been wondering if the antenna less receivers are working good? buying new radios and receivers after horrible experience with dx4r pro with signal loss and run away car's sure is nice to get rid of them if they work!!! i'm confused why the 204gf-e is cheaper then than the 614ff-e the fasst seems to be a "newer/better" technology? or am i way off here.

using it for 1/12,F1,USGT,PRO-10 is the 7px worth the extra $ if im only using 2 channels, no mixing, so s-bus or servo programming? just looking for opinions...

Hi, sorry not a 4px question but I'm looking at the 4pv. I really like the feel of the 4px and 4pks in the hand and was wondering if anyone had held the 4pv and 4px and could comment on how similar they feel. I know it's subjective but I don't have access to a 4pv and would like to know if they're the same fit in hand, same trigger size etc. Thanks.

Now I know futaba says 70m, but I've personally ran mine well over 200m with no signal loss what so ever. I imagine the antenna version is as much or more. Never tried it with the 304sb, only the e version when I was screwing around at the house with my kid.
