Cannot get my hw1.0 with the otg cable to work on my gen 1 rx8
Works fine.with all my other tekin rs, and rs pro's. Its displays the rx8 name on the top left corner though nothing pops up for setup or other mode changes. I'm using my Samsung S4 phone. Any suggestions or ideas anyone? |

Im looking to upgrade my phone to a LG G3 I did some research and it supports USB OTG. Im gonna assume that is what I need. I know you said you cant check every device out there and all of you say to try it but I have not bought anything yet since i would like to make sure it works before I buy a hotwire2.0 and upgrade my phone to a G3.
So can you at least confirm that if my device supports OTG and its Android version is 4.4.+ it should work with the Hotwire 2.0? Provided I get the correct cable.... Thanks in advance for your reply Jake |

I also run the S4 and use this
http://www.amazon.com/Lindy-1m-USB-O...Lindy+%2331718 Just the one cable. Costs a bit more, but worth it in my opinion. |

So Randy this one takes out the cable that is supplied with Hotwire. It would go directly from the device to the Hotwire correct?

No, both the Hotwire 1.0 and 2.0 can work the app. You need an OTG cable for your android device, download the app, etc.
