Yes we have pre-orders up but not for 17.5. The 17.5 will only be released once we're sure we have it as competitive as possible. Stock racing is all about power unlike modified where if your 9.5 isn't enough just get a 8.5. In 17.5 if our motor isn't fast enough you not run it. Our is to come out with a competitive 17.5. We sell what I feel to be the best batteries so it would make no sense to rush and release a 17.5 just to sell one. Just like batteries I will do my homework and figure out what is the best 17.5 we can offer.

My guess is that submitting for ROAR approval would push the price of these motors up to the $80+ level and that would be a shame. For a lot of us that club race with an occasional big race (that may not enforce all ROAR rules either), $50 for a motor is a great deal since I don't have to deal with ROAR limitations.

Danny every now and then when I am on the site some of the motors show they are in stock, when I ordered my 8.5 the 10.5's were shown as in stock, then when I went back everything was pre-order, not sure why but that what it showed.

click on it and it says "pre-order" |
Yes weird glitch with the Latest section. Web guy should be resolving this soon.

If there is no delays with Chinese export customs and US customs the motors should be in this Friday. Will post info as soon as I know everything is on schedule. |
