I emailed them to verify if the Lipos can do 20A charge and Danny over at SMC said yes..... sweet.

Been running 4 of them... And I'm getting 2.0 and 2.2 IR ... Amazing batteries.

What people need to understand that most lipos are similar if not the same because they really are only a handful of manufactures that make the batteries and a lot of companies just put their stickers on it. That's why I love SMC and would never waste my money on a Max Amps where it's $200+ for a 4s. It's all branding and marketing hype therefore usually a waste of money

Just curious what amp are you charging your 5200 4s batteries at ?

oving my SMC batteries and Dannys service he got my batteries Ive had no issues with my SMC batteries so far and I run them in 3 10 Minute Mains in 95+ degree weather here in the Dominican Republic no issues

So does Danny just work in backlog all the time since the batteries I want have not been in stock for 6 mos. Also interested in the charger just don't want to pay for something that I have no idea when they will be back in stock. I like his stuff I really do just the backlog is starting to get old.

I did I asked about some 3s lipos i was looking at on pre order..He said the jig the use to make the cases broke and there waiting for a new one.

Was what you ordered on backorder? I asked the question on FB no answer as of yet only been 24hrs. should I ask the question through his contact page on the website?

I would pick up the phone and call SMC. Probably closed now since they're east coast though.

Pretty sure that BEGO Racing will be at the Quebec Classic race this weekend up here in Canada...meaning, he will be busy this weekend racing, and will probably not be so responsive to inquiries.
