Default tekin rc pro issues

Hey there fellow rctechers
a buddy of mine is having some issues with his rs pro. basically he doesnt get any motor chime and the motor wont work. the middle led shines up and when he pulls the throttle and brake all the lights light up. he has full power to his servo and everything works and was calibrated but he has no motor movement or chime. ive searched around and cant seem to find anything. any help would be greatly appreciated.

its for a 12th scale mod pan car set up if that helps.

I think the deadband is wrong. You can fix this via hotwire.. To check if it's really the deadband problem, i would use the trim to make all the LED's turn off. After that the Rs Pro should chime.

Have you tried a different motor yet? Everything else is working as it should.

Mine did this after a bad flash while upgrading firmware. Reflashed and everything was ok in the end.

Make sure it's set to the correct motor mode as well. If a software reflash doesn't revive it, it will need to come in for service. You can contact our service team here: [email protected]
