People disable reverse because using it during a race is not allowed - you have to wait for the marshal to get you re-set.

Reverse is disabled through your ESC's settings, not your radio. What kind of ESC do you have?

Page 6 of the manual will tell you everything you need to know about your ESC.

Here is what i suppose to do ok !

One-Touch Calibration
The motor does not receive power when the ESC is in programming
or calibration mode.
1. Power the transmitter on.
2. Press and hold the Setup button while powering the ESC on.
3. Release the Setup Button when the Green LED is on.
4. Move the throttle to the full throttle position. Hold full throttle until
the Green LED glows solid, confirming the forward endpoint position.
5. Move the throttle to the full brake position. Hold full brake until the
Red LED glows solid, confirming the brake/reverse endpoint position.
6. Return the throttle to the center/neutral position. The calibration
is complete when both Green and Red LEDs glow solid.

everything is fine but if i do #4 and holding full throttle until
the Green LED glows solid nothing happen after i release the throttle green LED glows solid YES but i cant do #5 because if i move the throttle to the full brake position there is still solid Green until i hit full throttle again then red LED start flashing but become solid Red after like 3 or 5 sec and i am not touching anything.
I have no idea what to do now

Is your throttle channel "rev" or "norm" on the radio? Futaba generally has to be reversed to function correctly.

Make sure your trim and subtrim are both at zero and your epa's are at 100 on the 4PL before starting the setup. Also make sure extra stuff like abs is off and so on.
