Way overpriced. That is a ~$35 charger at HobbyKing or HobbyPartz. Will not even charge your packs at 2c. If you are looking to order from Tower the following charger is more capable and much cheaper:

Of course if you are looking for higher end chargers, Hyperion, FMA and the Junsi chargers are good picks. Also, if you want a relatively cheap duo charger the Hitec Duo unit is a good deal with the best warranty support in the business.
