I'm running modified 2 in my Pro 1.1 and Blaze 5700 motor. With the new Reventon PC Interface version off the SP website. V1.1.0.24 version.

Mod0 is the only software with reverse I believe. being in a wheelchair i need it in case I hit the pipes.. So Mod0 helps me a lot.. I don't like bothering people for help.

My 17.5T can't clear the double jumps

I have an Associated T4.2 with Speed passion Stock club race Esc and competition V3 17.5 motor. Geared at 25/75. Running lipo 5000mah/35c battery. Small to medium size track, but can't clear the double jumps with any regularity.
Is it the gearing? The bad driving? The motor? Thanks.

I think that we'd have to see the track and how big the doubles are. Do they come right after a corner, are they in the middle of of a straight....?? Your gearing seems a touch tall. I gear my stock SC10.2 75/25. I'd think you are a tooth or two tall on the pinion. Once again it depends on your track. What is medium to you? Ours is 75-80 x 100 and I call that mid to large in size.

your gearing is way off for 17.5t blinky.not knowing the track i would still start at 72/29

Running stock a higher C battery would help too.

Track is approximately 40x 60. First jump is after a 90 deg turn and second set is on the straight away, back to back doubles. Can I run 75/29?

You definitely should try a lot more gear, bigger pinion, as most of the guys have mentioned. Also consider trying one of the optional sensor boards with more timing, especially if you have the regular silver can V3.0, not a gun metal finish MMM. The regular V3.0 doesn't have as much mechanical timing as most of the current competition, an optional sensor board fixes that. The V3.0 worked great with boosted ESCs, not so for blinky as is. Not sure which one would be best, perhaps read back a few pages looking for blinky setups, or hopefully someone will chime in.

The blue, yellow, and green sensor units can be found here:

Reventon Pro has 120A rating, and a smaller fan. Reventon 1.1 has 140A rating and a larger fan. It is my understanding that the BLAZE lineup is designed to run with the 1.1. Also dont forget some SCT wet weight is different than others. This plays a big roll in esc setups.
I am currently using the Blaze 2450 in my 1/8 E buggy. Its smooth.

nevermind!
