Has anyone had a case crumble ? It was bran new mounted it in my tc then within 5min decided to move it used a exacto to cut 1/2way thru the parma foam tape. Then used a automotive flat pry tool to ease it up the rest of the way . I then used reedy contact cleaner to remove the resido from the bottom and it started to crumble . I have always used this to clean my cars/tyers/electronics in the past ...

ok, iīve got a problem, My esc doesnīt turn on! itīs death, and i donīt know why, i already check if the switch was making contact inside, and the wires but at the end i couldnīt find the problem, can anyone help me finding whatīs going on?.

If you have a receiver pack, plug that in to the receiver and see if that turns it on. Just use the receiver pack switch, not the one on the ESC. If it turns on, the BEC failed. Had that happen to me more than once. Will operate just fine with receiver pack.

So no one has got an updated SXX Stock Spec or similar back yet?
And running TC 17.5 with it............

I called AE and seems they're out of boards again!
Mine are next in line for the update.
Must have been a lot of boards blown up in off-road as they told me they were working on July & Aug returns with the last batch........
Next set of boards should be for the advertised upgrade.......

2 months and counting.

Not that I'm aare off, it will just stop.

I've got 3 v2's. 2 have been replaced under waranty the other is still going strong (has been since March).

I have 3 which have been uprated with the new board, all going strong but Settings have all changed took a little while to tune in blinky. .
Factory done 2 took 2/3 weeks and 1 took 2 months.

I bought an updated SXX off rctech and the 1st owner did the install himself.
My question is why is the installed board different than the one pictured on AE & Lrp's website?

Hi Bro, its simple, just plug in to your computer using USB Bridge Version 2. check the version of firmware. if it V1.4, its the SXX+Mod chip... if V4.0 or V4.4, means that you have been cheated...

I didn't get cheated because the price was right whether it's updated or not.

I think its OK. My upgrade board looks just like the one in your top picture, sticker and all.

It was installed by AE.

Much time has passed since that original photo of the upgrade board was published. It is probably a very low priority for LRP to make sure the various pictures match the various running changes.

I just got one of the 3 esc's back today that I sent in at the beginning of September. Do I have to buy the newer usb cable to use on my esc's?

It's still longer than 2 months.
I called AE a week ago and they were just doing early Oct ESC's 1/person.
Seems lrp Germany is sending 100-200 boards over every 2 weeks.
My guess is it could be 5+ months to get 2 esc's done.
I'm at 10 weeks waiting for 1 of the 2 I sent in.

I bought an updated esc and run stock 17.5 blinky with no issues yet. If running mod, pray!
