Default A little Sticker Shock

I have to admit i'm a little shocked that these are priced higher then the Tekin RS and RS Pro at amain at least RS is 170 RS pro is 220

Now I know they do not come with the hotwire programer but they do have proven customer support and are right now IMO the best 1/10th esc's money can buy.

Now dont get me wrong I think the Viper's look like they could be an excellent product just suprised the aren't priced more aggressively given that they are relatively new to the party and the Tekin's have set the bar pretty high.

Just my 2c

I have the Tekin RS Pro and tested the Viper VTX10R for over a month, without a doubt the Viper is a better ESC with the most programming options. While they are a new company, they have done a very good job getting the products right out of the gate. I tested the ESC with 4.5 and 5.5 550's without issues.

Thats why they offer the speedo without the programmer... and it is cheaper than the Tekins.... If you buy a tekin RS with a Hotwire, you are looking at $200.... the Viper with the programmer is $175.... $25 cheaper... sounds like a good deal to me....

We don't have an exact ETA yet for either. I believe the VSE buggy motors will become available May/early June. The esc's are in development but there is still much work to be done. We will try our best to release the entire system at once. Rest assured we're working as fast as possible, everything just takes time. Thank you much for your patience.
